COACHING ADRESSES

The questions

That surface in the quiet moments

Questions you may dismiss in the morning and then find them waiting for you again at night.

You have the answers to these questions, but they require more than intellect, willpower, and discipline. They demand vulnerability, honest reflection, and a genuine openness to transformation.

This is the foundation of our work.

Why does it feel so difficult to prioritize myself?

Why do I keep trying to prove my worth?

As my lifelong roles shift, who am I becoming?

Why are my boundaries so easily ignored?

Why doesn't financial stability feel like true freedom?

MY JOURNEY

I understand this journey because it is my own.

After three decades in development and alumni relations—including nearly twenty years in leadership at Stanford University—I appeared to have it all, yet I was still seeking validation from others. I took early retirement, became a coach, and traveled with my husband. After his death from a brief illness, I had to learn to grieve and, over the years, rebuild my life from the inside out. Supported by remarkable mentors, I established a new internal foundation of trust and self-worth. Now, I live courageously to deliver impact which brings me newfound joy.

This is the transition I facilitate: moving toward a life where your outer world finally reflects your heart and soul, resilient enough for whatever comes next. Choosing to get in alignment is a decision. Living it is a practice. Our coaching partnership is where that practice takes root.

What we work on together

In this work, I draw on a deep reservoir of professional training and 40 years of listening and engaging accomplished people, as philanthropists and coaching clients.

Each client’s journey is as personal as their fingerprints. And yet, most challenges center on some combination of these five dimensions, which are fundamental to my work:

Worthiness.

The belief that you are enough. Not because you earned it. Because it was always true.

Alignment.

Living in line with your deepest values, beliefs, and needs. When you are out of alignment, you feel it. Disconnected, stuck, restless. Getting clarity on what matters most brings you back.

Boundaries.

What you will and will not do, tolerate, or accept. Boundaries are created when we can fully stand in our worth. They free us to believe in what is possible. They are the conditions under which you can show up fully and freely.

Abundance.

The ability to see all that we have through a mindset of abundance over scarcity. Each of us defines wealth differently. Abundance is a mindset. One is acquired. The other is chosen.

Grief.

Unresolved grief, old or new, limits us from living fully. Grief is any loss that is out of our control. We grieve for our loved ones. We also grieve the loss of a relationship, career, or home. I teach others how to grieve fully despite living in a grief-illiterate society relying on patterns of intergenerational grief.

None of this work is about fixing you.

Neither of us is broken. Each of us is whole. It is about returning to what is most true about who you are, and building a life that reflects it.
